These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Ivan Premier Ride (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking a ride, submitting a deposit, using our website, or riding with Ivan Premier Ride, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Booking & Confirmation

A ride is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message with your trip details.

Please make sure all pickup times, addresses, flight details, and contact information are accurate when booking.

## 2. Deposits & Payments

Some rides require a deposit to reserve your pickup time.

Deposits go toward your final ride total.

Accepted payment methods may include:

- Credit/Debit Cards

- Zelle

- Cash

- Other approved payment methods

## 3. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup may receive a refund of the deposit.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may result in loss of the deposit.

- No-shows are charged the full ride amount.

We understand emergencies happen and will always try to be fair when possible.

## 4. Pickup Time & Waiting Time

Your scheduled pickup time is the time confirmed during booking.

Included waiting time:

- Airport pickups: up to 45 minutes after landing

- Residential or hotel pickups: up to 15 minutes

Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.

## 5. Delays & Traffic

Ivan Premier Ride is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Traffic

- Weather

- Road closures

- Accidents

- Flight delays

- Events outside our control

We always do our best to plan routes and arrive early whenever possible.

## 6. Vehicle & Service

Vehicle type may vary depending on availability, maintenance, or operational needs.

We reserve the right to substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle when necessary.

## 7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely during rides.

Smoking, illegal substances, excessive mess, or dangerous behavior are not permitted inside the vehicle.

Cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary.

## 8. Luggage & Personal Items

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Please double-check the vehicle before exiting. Ivan Premier Ride is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

## 9. Children & Safety

Child seats must be requested in advance if needed and may not always be available.

Passengers must follow all applicable seatbelt and safety laws.

## 10. Changes To Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate schedule or route changes when possible.

Last-minute changes may not always be available and could result in additional charges.

## 11. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials, belongs to Ivan Premier Ride and may not be copied or reused without permission.
